Our Team
Onasanya Oyetoke Abolanle is a seasoned social worker with over seventeen years of experience. She has worked with women and children over the years, and she is well sought after. She is also an entrepreneur, doing business with passion and excellence.
She is the founder, and chairman, board of trustees of Beulah rehabilitation and humanitarian foundation, a centre with the sole responsibility for transforming the lives of young girls and women engaged in prostitution or being trafficked for prostitution.
Diekola Adegbola is a seasoned insurance professional with nearly 15 years of experience across the insurance value chain, spanning brokerage practice and mainstream insurance operations. Possesses deep expertise in Oil & Gas underwriting, general insurance underwriting, claims management, reinsurance, and enterprise risk management.
She currently serves as the Head of Underwriting at Heirs General Insurance, one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing insurance companies. In this role, she has demonstrated strong leadership and technical excellence, contributing significantly to the company’s growth trajectory. In 2024, she successfully drove underwriting performance, resulting in a Gross Written Premium (GWP) of over ₦16 billion, reinforcing the company’s market position and underwriting strength.
Beyond professional responsibilities, she is an active member of a non-governmental organization dedicated to creating purity, purpose, and direction for the girl child, reflecting a strong commitment to social impact, mentorship, and community development.
OGHENEKOME ODUDE (Kome Odude) is a seasoned Legal Practitioner, Corporate Secretary, and Administrator with over 16 years of post-call professional experience spanning banking operations, legal practice, corporate governance, loan recovery, and regulatory compliance. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the West African Association of Customer Service Professionals. Her career experience includes roles as Recovery Officer, Customer Service and Operations Officer, Regional Legal Officer (Lagos & West), Company Secretary/Head of Administration, Practice Manager, and Head of Legal Unit, where she provided legal oversight, documentation governance, and institutional risk management.
Kome has led initiatives resulting in an 83% loan recovery achievement, developed recovery manuals and collateral documentation guidelines, reviewed and standardised legal and operational documents, and facilitated legal training for operational teams. She currently serves as Senior Counsel and Principal Practice Manager at Lawrence Oisemoje & Co. As Trustee, Secretary, and Legal Adviser of Beulah NGO, she provides strategic legal advice, board secretarial services, and governance oversight in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
Prince ADELEKE Adéyęmà is a seasoned administrator, farmer, and agricultural consultant with over twenty years of experience, helping those who are starting out from making avoidable mistakes. He is a member board of trustees Beulah rehabilitation and humanitarian foundation.
